Configuring the Sensitive content feature
The Sensitive content feature is a smart capability that tracks the use of words considered as sensitive within reviews. This feature helps making sure that reviews remain objective and unbiased by flagging recognized words and blocking the process when any sensitive word is detected in a review.
Once the Sensitive content feature has been enabled using the procedure described in Enabling or disabling features in the platform, you can then configure the list of words considered as "sensitive" by your company.
To customize the list of sensitive content according to the rules of your company, proceed as follows:
Make sure that the Sensitive content feature is enabled.
Enable the feature in reviews by changing the state of the Enable for reviews toggle (blue for enabled).
Click Update sensitive word list. The Upload sensitive content panel is opened at the right side of the application screen.
Click Download the template to locally download the sensitive content word template.
Open the file on your local machine. You notice that the file already contains a list of words, grouped in categories.
-
Change the file according to your needs:
Edit existing words
Delete words
Add words at the bottom of the file
-
Upload the file back into the system by clicking Upload or by dropping the file directly into the dropbox. Make sure that no structural changes have been performed on the file (columns added, columns deleted or columns renamed); otherwise the upload of the file will fail.
Once the file is uploaded a success message will be displayed in the panel.
Click Download log file if you want to check the upload log.
