Configuring the Feedback feature
The feedback feature is a central capability of the Continuous Performance Management (CPM) domain of the beqom application. A tool targeted at fostering personal and professional growth via continuous feedback loop among the members of a company. Feedback enables workers and managers alike to provide their colleagues information about their performance, their attitude, their strengths or areas of improvement on which they should focus.
Once the Feedback feature has been enabled using the procedure described in Enabling or disabling features in the platform, a number of configuration options are available to you to tailor the behaviors and the workflow of the feature.
The table below details the configuration parameters available for the Feedback feature.

When this setting is enabled, system users will be able to provide a rating to the feedback provided by other users. The scope of the rating capability depends on which sub-setting you select. |

| Feedback rating refresh interval |
Sub-setting of Enable feedback rating. Enables you to define the interval at which the data given in the Feedback insights widget in My passport is refreshed. Depending on the value defined in this field, the average trust and the average clarity of the feedback will be refreshed more or less often, i.e. every X feedback given. |

Sub-setting of Enable feedback rating. When this setting is enabled, email reminders inviting users to rate feedback will be sent. |

Sub-setting of Enable "Let's meet" as a reply to a feedback request. When this setting is enabled, users will only be able to respond to a feedback request with a meeting invitation or a comment, not both options. To give users the option to use any of the two possibilities, leave this toggle disabled. |

| Bypass limit for HR and Admin roles |
Sub-setting of the Limit the number of feedback recipients. When this setting is enabled, users who have an HR or an Admin role will be able to bypass the limit defined in the Limit field. |
| Display a confirmation popup when sending feedback to an number of users higher than the defined limit |
Sub-setting of the Bypass limit for HR and Admin roles. When this setting is enabled, a pop-up message will be displayed when HR or Admin users include more users in a single feedback than the defined limit. |
| Enable public feedback | When this setting is enabled, users will be able to share feedback given to another user publicly. If you don't enable this setting, the "Share feedback" and "Public feedback" categories will not be available in the system. |

| Allow feedback deletion | When this setting is enabled, users will be able to delete the feedback they gave to other users in the company. |
| Enable tips in the feedback page | When this setting is enabled, tips provided by beqom to help users write efficient and constructive feedback will be displayed when users give feedback. |
| Enables suggested questions in the "Request feedback" page | When this setting is enabled, question templates provided by beqom to help users draft their feedback request will be available in the Request feedback page. |
| Allow managers to request feedback about their direct reports | When this setting is enabled, managers can request feedback about their direct reports from other workers in the system. |
| Enable the automatic transfer of requests about a direct report to their new manager | When this setting is enabled, existing requests about a worker will automatically be transferred to the new manager of the worker in case of a change of line management. |
