Configuring the Reviews feature

The Reviews feature is a key part of the Continuous Performance Management (CPM) domain of the beqom application. It enables HR admins to organize performance review campaigns according to the internal policies of the company.

Once the Reviews feature has been enabled using the procedure described in Enabling or disabling features in the platform, some configuration options are available to you to customize the behavior of the feature.

This is a tip message.

Review settings are available under Workbench > Feature enablement > Reviews . Access to Workbench depends on your role within the platform.

The following table lists the configuration parameters available in Workbench for the Reviews feature.

Setting	Description
Enable the transfer of reviews	When this setting is enabled, reviews will be transferred to the new manager in case of a change in line management.
Allow new managers to see closed reviews	When this setting is enabled, the new manager will be able to see this history of the reviews of their new report in the system in case of a change in line management.
Allow line managers to reassign a review to another user	When this setting is enabled, managers will be able to reassign an open review about a worker to a different manager.
Enable visibility of unsubmitted content from a previous review owner	When this setting is enabled, in case a review is reassigned when the process is in progress, the new manager will be able to see any content that was drafted by the previous manager, but not submitted.
Allow reviews to be reopened	When this setting is enabled, it will be possible to reopen reviews after the worker and the manager have submitted it in order for them to make some final edits.
