beqom Pay Suite 1.6 - Release notes - Detailed release notes

This article lists the new features that have been added to the platform, as well as the bugs that have been corrected in the intermediate 1.6 release of the beqom Pay Suite application and in the subsequent patches.

	AC-8092	This improvement allows every user with communication manager professional role to identify their communication summary (if available) in a dedicated section of team inbox. They are also able to see if the document is new, read the preview, and download the document depending on the workflow steps.
	AC-8414	This feature allows to keep trace of the automatic transfer of new statements generated between two runs of the synchronization. It also gives the ability to identify when the transfer takes place and for how long it lasted as well as its outcome: number of the documents that have been found, got transferred with success as new documents or as override of an existing document, and number of documents that did not get transferred and the cause of the transfer problem.

	AC-9344	This enhancement allows you to keep trace of the manual transfer of all the initial statements found in the standard view in the TCM v10 data base (worker documents or communication manager summaries). Now it is also possible to also identify when the transfer took place and for how long it lasted as well as what was its outcome: number of the documents that have been found, got transferred with success as new documents or as override of an existing document, and number of documents that did not get transferred and the cause of the transfer problem.
	AC-9345	This feature grants more information about the import of either documents or summaries in the inbox to the external clients. It also allows the external tools to enhance the audits done when documents are imported, without having to do correlations with past data or the request itself.
	AC-9534	Now when a user with compensation admin professional role is creating a new compensation element, their are able to see the complete tree of comp elements parents in the Parent element drop-down.
	AC-9545	The execution path for "outputSchema" is now correct.
	AC-9582	With this improvement if the worker has no organization assigned, the IAM service will automatically force data foundation to assign a root organization by providing the OrgItemExternalId.
	AC-9583	This feature allows to keep trace of both manual and automatic transfer of professional roles. It also allows to identify when the transfer takes place and for how long it lasted as well as its outcome: number of workers which obtained a new role, which roles they obtained, number of workers which lost a new role, and which roles they lost.
	AC-9593	A worker who is part of the career development plan is now bale to see the plan when selecting the View action. When a worker enters the plan for the first time, all their widgets are in empty state.
	AC-9602	Now when the data modeler will not include deactivated workers while generating data.
	AC-9650	This feature introduces the GoalsAchievement entity in Data Foundation.
	AC-9692	A bug where error 400 appeared after entering a space in the Find workers by cost center field in the performance review section.

	AC-10408	A user with permission to manage the data foundation is now able to create a custom field at the data foundation level, to extend standard entities with additional data attributes.
	AC-10410	This enhancement makes it possible for the administrators of the solution to deactivate a custom field if it is not going to be used anymore in the system. It is not possible to reactivate the field after deactivation.
	AC-10411	This improvement allows the custom field data to be anonymised if it is set as PII data.

	AC-10598	A user with compensation admin professional role is now able to generate and download the excel file with report data.
	AC-10601	This improvement ads functionality to the Generate report button. Upon clicking the button a pop-up will appear asking for to name the report.
	AC-10613	This feature allows to list the reports with details and adds a filtering option to the list.
	AC-10614	It is now possible to obtains an embedded information for the report with specific page and specific role.

	AC-10654	A new database table called RounDataValidation has been created to store details related to the validation IDs generated during the report generation process. This table will be used to track the status, meta data such as CompRoundId, SnapshotId, comp round settings JSON Config and File name generated.

	AC-10847	A redesign has been made to the budget widget. The widget is now by default displayed on top of the grid expand with a collapse button to hide it. All the comp elements with a budget will be displayed with the name of the comp element, the amount already allocated, and the total budget. If the manager overspends, a red icon will be displayed as a warning.
	AC-10848	Moderation and Calibration section is now divided into three described subsections and the additional descriptions have been removed.
	AC-10851	This improvement makes it possible for the administrators of the solution to be able to fetch custom fields within the data modeler, so that custom field data can be accessible using snapshot or preview API.

	AC-11405	The 500 error message was displayed when a user with compensation manager professional role tried to edit compensation elements in the comp round.
	AC-11417	The size of the company logo has been increased from 1.5rem to 2rem.
	AC-11420	The display on the page has been modified and no users are able to see the report group as a container with all the report pages grouped below.
	AC-11423	this feature added a seeding step to the communication round workflow configuration and now it is possible to enable or disable all workflow steps. This option was necessary for all the documents created before 1.6 release when there was no option to disable workflow.
	AC-11431	SchemaQueryBuilder has been extracted from the data-foundation-api.
	AC-11435	Technical updates have been made.
	AC-11436	Support for EffectiveDating has been added to the Query Builder.
	AC-11467	After performing a patch operation with any values to patch a 400 error message was displayed because of a Null Reference exception in the DTO mapper.
	AC-11475	The timeout in the gateway has been extended. Now user with HRBP and communication manager professional roles are able to access a large dataset of workers.
	AC-11493	Model preview and custom field section feature were removed as they were incomplete and therefore created a concern for the security.
	AC-11504	Immediately after disabling a global setting, this setting wasn't applied in the search causing a 400 error message to be displayed.
	AC-11581	A bug where when using the navigant-cpm staging tenant the Next button on the edit behavior library page was not active.
	AC-11582	User profile picture is not saved after reloading the page.

	AC-11792	A new integration endpoint has been created to return subject attributes by using IAsyncEnumerable.
	AC-11793	A bug where after selecting the Request feedback button, user was wrongly redirected to the home page.
	AC-11869	Goal notification took the text item from feedback notification causing the notification to have the same input.
	AC-11874	A bug where the goal plan was not displayed on the widget on the home page.
	AC-12061	A 500 error message was displayed when user tried to save a goal.
	AC-12101	This enhancement added an anti-CSRF protection and removed the insecure session cookies to counteract any social engineering scenarios that may target specific users to perform arbitrary actions on the application on their behalf.
	AC-12103	Test password have been removed, as they were considered a security threat. The unauthenticated attacker having some knowledge on the code of the application could reset the password of any user and, thus, takeover their account.
	AC-12117	Error 422 was displayed when creating a goal.
	AC-12152	UserName and Email are now updated in IdentityUser table when user data is ingested. Users can now login under their username provided via SSO claims.
