beqom Pay Suite 1.4 - Detailed release notes

This article lists the new features that have been added to the platform, as well as the bugs that have been corrected in the intermediate 1.4 release of the beqom Pay Suite application and in the subsequent patches.

	AC-6376	From now on the upload of the document to Pay Suite is possible only for the documents in PDF format. The attempt to upload document in other format will return a WrongFormat messeage.
	AC-6392	Pay Suite has been fully synchronized with TCM v10 application.
	AC-6659	The users with HRBP and Communication manager professional roles have now the ability to find specific workers or specific documents by filtering on the field available in the Team Inbox table.
	AC-6910	It is now possible for the users with managers (LM+1) access to validate the review and add a comment to it, after it was accepted by the worker.
	AC-7097	It is possible to transfer the HRBP and Communication Manager professional roles from TCM v10 views into Pay Suite by calling an http trigger.
	AC-7807	This improvement allows any user with permission to manage the Data privacy feature, to be now able to view the published DP details and select view menu in the list.
	AC-7809	Users are now able to create and edit a draft Data privacy.
	AC-7810	Users are now able to click on 'Publish' button to publish Data privacy.
	AC-7811	Users are now able to duplicate the Data privacy template and publish it or save as draft.
	AC-7812	Users can now inactivate the Data by opening the Data privacy submenu and inactivating it.

	AC-7816	From now on every user who logs into the system for the first time will see a pop-up which will allow the user to accept the company Data privacy.

	AC-7822	This improvement allows the users to accept the Data privacy every time the Data privacy is updated.
	AC-7824	Users with permissions to view the Worker details are now able to see if the Data privacy was accepted or declined by the worker.
	AC-7825	Users who have access to Data privacy statements can now also view the listed summary of statements.
	AC-7936	A user with the Compensation manager professional role can now see the guidelines for this user workers in the Team Planner.
	AC-7937	Users with the Compensation admin professional role can now see the logic of enabling/disabling validation of guidelines and edit the guidelines of the 'In progress' comp round.
	AC-7951	With this feature a user with the Admin professional role is now able to use hr-data-api to load the data of the hierarchies for specific hierarchy definition id .
	AC-8020	The analytics endpoint have been updated.
	AC-8105	The improvement allows the system to automatically create the needed containers for storage, whenever a new tenant is created via Back office.

	AC-8396	As a part of redesigning the application, a new navigation is available in Passport .
	AC-8397	Within this improvement we reworked the first section of the Passport overview including three widgets: 'Personal info', "Overall progress' and 'Behavior wheel'.
	AC-8403	Now the user with HRBP professional role is able to set up the Career development plan.

	AC-9075	A user is able to see the total weight of each section of goals. The total will be visible if at least one goal has weight per type. If the total per type is equal or lover than 100, the total is written in gray If the total is above 100 it is written in orange and has a warning icon next to it. After user edits the weight, the total is recalculated autocratically.
	AC-9076	An enhancement where if admin provides numeric values with value larger than precision or scale value, application will not accept it, stop the execution and display error.
	AC-9092	The permissions for accessing Skills management in Builder are aligned among other roles in Pay Suite and also to accommodate the future usage of skills in Pay Suite.
	AC-9093	An error where the parser was unable to parse the effective ranges and dates.
