beqom PaySuite 1.5 - Detailed release notes

This article lists the new features that have been added to the platform, as well as the bugs that have been corrected in the intermediate 1.5 release of the beqom PaySuite application and in the subsequent patches.

	AC-8405	Workers can now see their career development plan/plans in Passport and edit them if edition is allowed.
	AC-8406	Managers can now see the career development plan/plans of their team in Planner and edit them if edition is allowed.
	AC-8482	This improvement deploys the Cerbos AuthZ authentication service into the goals service.
	AC-8510	The integration hub API endpoints could be accessed using the normal passport instead of the normal client credentials provided by the beqom Ops team.
	AC-8523	The system displayed an error 401 and an empty screen when the user resumed activity in the application after an idle period, because of an issue in the token refresh mechanism.
	AC-8620	Indexes were created in the performance review database tables to improve the performance of the reviews.
	AC-8656	A new endpoint was added to the data ingestion API to enable the integration of data into the PaySuite data model.
	AC-8738	A new front-end component, the date/time selector (also known as a calendar tool) was added to the library of PaySuite components.
	AC-8776	Initial development tasks were performed to enabled the import and export of .csv filed to and from the platform.
	AC-8819	This improvement lays the foundations of dynamic workflow to manage the review of documents per documents in addition to communication round statuses.
	AC-8829	The new design of the platform was applied to the list of check-ins in the Passport module of the platform.
	AC-8831	The permissions required for HRBPs and communication managers were put into place to enable these roles to use the communication round "HRBP review" workflow step.
	AC-8855	This improvement introduces the possibility to add skills to the skill library by way of a .csv file import.
	AC-8898	This improvement deploys the Cerbos AuthZ authentication service into the check-ins service.
	AC-8899	The Cerbos policies regarding authentication for the Check-ins service were implemented.
	AC-8903	This improvement deploys the Cerbos AuthZ authentication service into the feedback service.

	AC-8922	This improvement commits into the database the changes performed in the data ingestion service to enable the import of data.
	AC-8928	This improvement introduces the possibility to enable or disable all of the different widgets visible on the Passport page of the individual workers.
	AC-8943	An error 400 was displayed after attempting update the list of sensitive words, if the uploaded file contained at least one column with an incorrect name. The display of this technical error was confusing to the end-user and was replaced by a more explanatory message and the possibility to download a log file for more information.
	AC-8975	This enhancement makes it possible for administrators creating a data model to select the entities and fields that they want to use in the model using the application interface.
	AC-8987	The permission set related to the "Career development" role was defined and implemented.
	AC-9039	This feature makes it possible for system administrators to define a session timeout duration for the workers in their company.
	AC-9041	With this improvement, users are automatically logged out of the system if they are inactive for longer than the timeout duration value defined by their administrator.
	AC-9077	The SDKs and libraries used in mobile app were updated to guarantee an optimal operation of mobile apps.
	AC-9094	Users with the HRBP role can now see the career plan questionnaire step of the career development plan creation process.

	AC-9116	It is now possible to import existing feedbacks by way of .csv file upload for data migration from one system to the other.

	AC-9337	An empty section, with a descriptive message ,is now visible in the Feedback section of the passport module if the worker has not received any feedback.

	AC-9364	As part of the global redesign of the platform, a Compensation builder menu item is now available in the top navigation of the Workbench module, with a submenu on the left of the panel that opens upon clicking Compensation builder.

	AC-9369	An individual view page is now available in the Planner module, where managers get an overview of the information related to one of their team members.

	AC-9382	This new feature makes it possible for administrators of the solution to enable/disable the min and max values for goal measurement criteria, giving the users the freedom to input any value.
	AC-9383	Provided that the min/max values were enabled by the administrator, end-users creating a goal in the platform can now see the min/max values for goal measurement criteria in the goal creation form.

	AC-9464	The system was throwing an error upon saving new values in the Planner when guidelines were defined for specific values in the comp round due to an issue with the auto save mechanism.

	AC-9478	An endpoint was added to enable users to publish new career development plans from the application interface.

	AC-9510	This improvement guarantees that the IAM service is synchronized with the latest changes performed to the data foundation.
	AC-9511	When a user with the appropriate role attempted to import historical reviews by was of uploading a .csv file, the application threw an error and the operation was not performed.
	AC-9523	A new compensation element, "Total direct compensation" was added to the compensation elements already available in the standard compensation tree.
	AC-9524	A new compensation element, "Total indirect compensation" was added to the compensation elements already available in the standard compensation tree.
	AC-9533	The overview widget of the Compensation tree & elements page was updated to reflect changes in the available elements.
	AC-9544	The data model detail view was enhanced to include the person who created the data model, the date of the last update and the person who last updated the data model, a highlight of the searched text in the result list, an improvement of the page breadcrumbs for low-resolution screens, a reordering of the headers, an improvement of the contextual menu for each item (delete) and an alignment of the date format to match the rest of the platform.
	AC-9547	The behavior of the form validation mechanism (mandatory fields, unique fields, etc.) of the communication round creation wizard was aligned to the validation behavior in other platform object creation forms.
	AC-9555	The validation mechanism applied to the data model creation methods used to create data models from the interface incorrectly flagged the description field as mandatory when performing certain operations such as edition.
	AC-9574	This improvement defines the conditions under which a migration of application tenants can be performed.
	AC-9577	To enable the synchronization of the PaySuite and the TCM v10 applications for the communication round feature, the code of the v10 tenant being synchronized is now used in the application settings, and used as the main reference point for synchronization and audit.
	AC-9579	It is now possible for workers and manager to edit the comments in career development plans.
	AC-9580	It is now possible for workers and manager to delete the comments in career development plans.
	AC-9587	During tenant migrations, the application did not take into account the case of the tenant name/company name.

	AC-9628	When importing data into the data foundation, if some data exceeded the maximum size for a specific data type, the system ingested the data and truncated it, but gave no further information about the event.
	AC-9629	When updating the data foundation using the data ingestion API, the root node for the organization was not properly taken into account when using the data ingestion API, resulting in an error regarding the root node.

	AC-9722	In the context of the redesign of the application, a section called "Actions required" was added to the Check-ins page of the Performance tab in the Planner, to indicate to managers the actions they need to perform regarding the check-ins with their team members.
	AC-9735	The empty state of the Career development page (i.e. what is visible when there are career development plans available) mistakenly displayed a creation button in Passport and in Planner, conflicting with the roles of the users who access these two areas.
	AC-9736	The code of the career development feature was refactored for optimization purposes.
	AC-9778	This improvement deploys the Cerbos AuthZ authentication service into the TCM service.
	AC-9803	The status endpoint of the data ingestion API which returns the current status of a data ingestion process now returns an array of status, with data type information.
	AC-9804	The ingestion logic of .csv data files in the data foundation was refactored, adding the data type to the ingestion log, and changing the ingestion strategy to stop the import process at the first error.
	AC-9805	An API endpoint was added to the data ingestion API to enable system administrators to start the import of .csv files on demand.
	AC-9806	The application now converts ingested .csv files into JSON documents so that they can be consumed by the data foundation workflow.
	AC-9810	Files in .csv format stored in the SFTP server are now moved to internal storage before being ingested into the data foundation.

	AC-9819	To handle the anonymization operations that must be carried out as part of the data privacy policies, a workflow was added to enable he system to perform the anonymization tasks automatically based on defined triggers.

	AC-9907	As part of the redesign of the platform interface, a new design was applied to the Feedback page of the Performance tab in the Planner, with a scrollable list that displays the essential information regarding the feedback and an empty state when no feedbacks are available.
	AC-9912	A pagination mechanism was added to the list of compensation rounds in the Compensation builder tab of Workbench. The page now displays by default the last 20 edited rounds, with the possibility to navigate to the next page if there are more rounds.
	AC-9917	It is now possible to apply a sort order (by edition date, round name, start and end date) to the list of compensation rounds in the Compensation rounds page of the Compensation builder of Workbench.
	AC-9920	As part of the redesign campaign of the application, the left-hand navigation menu was modified and Feedback is no longer available as a sub-menu item underneath Passport.
	AC-9921	The import of data using either the data ingestion API or the .csv file import mechanism resulted in a 504 error, even if the data for ingestion was valid.
	AC-9964	An error was noticed when opening a feedback request in which behaviors were specified. Specifically, the error occurred if the Behaviors feature was disabled after the creation of the feedback request.
	AC-9969	As part of the redesign of the platform interface, a new design was applied to the Reviews page of the Performance tab in the Planner, with a scrollable list that displays the essential information regarding the reviews and an empty state when no reviews are available.
	AC-9971	A new block was added to the Feedback page of the Performance tab in Planner. This block displays insights regarding the feedback of the team members, such as the number of feedback sent, as well as information about feedback rating.
	AC-9973	As part of the redesign efforts of the platform, the Skills library page is now available under the Performance builder tab in Workbench.
	AC-9975	As part of the redesign efforts of the platform, the Competency scales page is now available under the Performance builder tab in Workbench.
	AC-9976	As part of the redesign efforts of the platform, the module icons displayed in the left-hand navigation bar were modified for a slicker appearance.

	AC-9978	In the context of the redesign of the platform, the Builder module was removed from the left-hand navigation bar and all the elements that were available under it were moved under Workbench to make navigation inside the application clearer.

	AC-10000	Workers did not receive the proper email notifications when their manager released a new document for them.
	AC-10025	When the worker data are ingested into the data foundation either using .csv file import or the data ingestion API, information such as the country, the email address and the phone number of the worker are now synchronized with the IAM service to guarantee a perfect match between the two services.
	AC-10035	An error, indicating that the page did not exist/the didn't have access to the page was displayed after a manager removed an additional reviewer that had previously been added to a performance review.
	AC-10041	The data ingestion status endpoint of the data ingestion API returned a 200 status (success) even if the ingestion was not found (or didn't exist).
	AC-10044	The test set regarding the authorization service was migrated to Cerbos.
	AC-10048	An error occurred when enum data was provided in the Compensation element frequency or Compensation element type fields of the CompensationElement.csv file, even though enum values were expected in those fields.
	AC-10049	When ingesting the Employment.csv file, errors would occur on the HomeCountryCurrency field because the field referenced the country instead of the currency.

	AC-10100	The template .csv file that can be downloaded from the application to upload skills was updated in order to include length limitations (in characters) on the Code, Name and Category fields. An error is now displayed in the application when attempting to upload a file containing values exceeding the length limitation.
	AC-10101	A file size limitation of 1MB was introduced to the upload of the skills template to ensure optimal import performance.
	AC-10107	The TCM and ML services can now subscribe to data models using RPC calls from service to service.
	AC-10110	A new table, called dm_shared."ModelSnapshots" was added to the application database to sort information regarding data model snapshots.
	AC-10113	The Workbench module was visible to all users of the PaySuite platform, regardless of whether their role gave them access to the module or not due to an error in the permissions for communication rounds.
