Requesting feedback about my team

As a manger, you can request feedback about your workers from any person from the organization.

To request a feedback about a team member, proceed as follows:

1. In Passport > Feedback, click the Request button located at the right of the screen. Alternatively you can also click on + Create button at the right side of the header bar.

2. You are now redirected to the Request feedback creation page.

3. On the top of the form select About my team.

4. Fill in the details about your feedback:

   • Select the team member on whom you would like to request feedback.

   • Chose the people you would like to request the feedback from.

   • Share your insights.

5. Click the Send button if you want to send the feedback to the recipient or Cancel if you want to discard feedback you created.

The feedback request will not be visible to the worker, but to manager only.

This is a tip message.

Requests may be sent to multiple users. The exact number can be set under Settings> Feature enablement > Feedback > Limit the number of feedback recpients. Access to Settings depends on your role within the platform
