Involving additional managers in a review
During a review process, you have the possibility to involve additional managers to the conversation. This can be particularly useful if you want other workers from your company to add input or feedback to the elements of the review.
To suggest a new manager to the review, proceed as follows:
In the Details section located at the right of the review, click the Manage button as illustrated in the following figure:

The Suggest additional managers contextual window is opened.
In the Add manager reviewers field, type and select a manager to include in the review conversation.
This is an attention message.
The maximum number of additional managers to include to the review conversation depends on the configuration of the review template.
This is a tip message.
To remove a manager from the suggestion list, simply click the icon located at the right of the employee name and job title.
If configured, add a comment.
Click Apply. The suggestion to add the reviewer to the conversation has been submitted to the manager and will require his approval.
