Configuring scheduling settings
The Pay Suite application lets you schedule certain notifications regarding to specific events in the system, such as an inactivity period or a pending action.
Understanding general scheduling settings
The beqom platform offers a number of general scheduling settings targeted at users of the system. The following table details the general notification settings and their specific action.

Reminder to user following inactive period | When this setting is enabled, a notification will be sent to users who have been inactive in the system for a defined period of time. |
Reminder to user about password expiration | When this setting is enabled, a notification will be sent to users to inform them that their password is about to expire. |
Understanding feedback-related scheduling settings
The beqom platform offers a number of feedback-related scheduling settings targeted at users of the system. The following table details the feedback scheduling settings and their specific action.

Reminder to user about pending feedback request | When this setting is enabled, a notification will be sent to workers who have not replied to a feedback request for a specific period of time. |
Reminder to user about not rated feedback | When this setting is enabled, a notification will be sent to workers who have not rated feedback for a specific period of time. |
Enabling a scheduling setting
To enable and configure any of the notification settings listed above, proceed as follows:
Locate the scheduling setting section in which you want to work.
Locate the setting that you want to enable in your system.
Change the state of the relevant toggle to enabled.
Repeat the operation for as many email notification settings as you want to enable.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the application window.
Configuring the scheduling parameters
Once you have enabled a scheduling setting, you can configure the related scheduling parameters to fit the needs of your company.
To configure the scheduling parameters of a specific setting, proceed as follows:
Locate the scheduling setting section in which you want to work.
Locate the setting that you want to configure in your system.
Make sure that the setting you want to configure is enabled.
Hover over the box corresponding to the setting. An Edit button is displayed in the far right side of the box.
Click the Edit button. The Edit notification schedule panel is opened.
Configure the scheduling parameters:
Select the days of the week at which you want send notifications by checking the corresponding boxes. Click All to select all boxes at once.
In the Start from field, enter the time at which you want the notifications to be sent.
Click Save in the lower-right corner of the panel. The scheduling parameters are now saved for the specific setting.
