Managing data privacy
Pay Suite application protects personal data of your users and allows you to create and publish your own privacy statements.
Configuring data privacy settings
To enable this feature activate the Enable data privacy toggle and click Save button located at the top right corner of the page. Now you can set up, publish, and update data privacy statements for users. Once activated, statements are managed through the Data privacy statement page.
Change the Users must review each version of the data privacy statement toggle to set a requirement that every user has to approve or reject a data privacy statement every time it is updated.
Chang the Users can only accept the data privacy statement toggle to set a requirement that every user has to view and accept the data privacy statement at first login or policy update. To do that users will have to click Accept to access the platform, with no option to decline.

Adding a data privacy statement
To add a statement, proceeds as follows:
Click Add statement button located in the top right corner of the section. The New data privacy statement form is opened. The statement version will be automatically set when creating a statement.
Select Publish now to publish the statement immediately after creation or Publish at a fixed date to set the time and date for your publication.
Add the Privacy statement text in the Data privacy statement text rich-text field.
If your company uses several languages in the system, change the language in the Translations drop-down list, and then repeat the previous step of this procedure to enter values for the other language.
Click Publish to close the creation form and send this statement to be published or click Save as draft to save this creation form to finish the creation later. Click Cancel to discard your changes.
Managing statements
There are three statuses of data privacy statements: Inactive. Draft, Published, or Pending publishing.You can only edit and delete the statements in the Draft status.
To view the statement, select the button and click View. You are now redirected to the statement page.
To inactivate a statement, select the button and click Inactivate. A confirmation window will appear click Deactivate to confirm the change.
To duplicate the statement, select the button and click Duplicate or click View and select Duplicate button at the top right corner of the statement page. A new statement page will open.
To edit or delete the statement in the Draft status, select the button and click Edit or Delete.
