Understanding Passport

The Passport is the center of your workers' experience. It is designed to be used as a tool for any performance and development conversations between employees and managers. The Passport contains multiple widgets that display the workers' feedback, goals, performance and behaviors - all in the one place. Objectivity is key with performance and the Passport gives employees the opportunity to see how their colleagues view their performance and where any gaps in self-awareness may lie.

Key widgets displayed in Passport:

• Feedback trends: building a feedback culture takes time. Workers can see their feedback trends over time to ensure that they are keeping up with others on their feedback habits.

• Behaviors: all behaviors that the worker has received in their feedback. This helps build a clear picture of the behaviors that others observe when interacting with them.

• Goals: a snapshot of goals that are in progress ensures that the key business priorities stay front of mind. Any closed or completed goals will not appear in the Passport.

• Coaching tips: coaching notes can be personalized for managers and workers to ensure that they are guided in their coaching and development journey.

• Coaching notes: this is where the worker can write any key development notes, observations or aspirations to track over time and share with their manager.

• Favorite feedback: any feedback that the employee has received will show in their Passport. We find this is a widget that our worker users always like to revisit - to get a sense of those extra important feedbacks and see how they have grown.

• Feedback suggestions: a smart algorithm provides suggestions regarding individuals in the organization to whom the worker should give feedback or from whom they should request feedback.

Enabling the Passport

The Passport is by default available for all users. You can enable or disable widgets depending on the functionality in use or to best fit your own business case and the needs of your organization:
