Customizing the appearance of the platform
In the Pay Suite platform, you have the possibility to customize the appearance of the platform in order to integrate it as closely as possible with the rest of your corporate solutions and ensure your end-users seamless experience between the various systems that compose your suite.
For instance, you can upload your own logo or even give the platform a custom label.
Customizing the application header
The platform header is the dark ribbon located at the top of the platform window. You can choose the logos and the platform labels that you want to see in this header.
To customize the platform header, proceed as follows:
In the Appearance page, locate the Application header section.

In the Display option list, select your preference among the available options:
Default beqom logo: the default, out of the box, beqom logo will be displayed in the platform header
Company logo: the logo of your company will be displayed in the platform header. If you select this option, you will then need to upload a logo.
Company logo & beqom default logo: both the default beqom logo and your company logo will be displayed in the platform header. Use this option to highlight the partnership between your company and beqom. If you select this option, you will then need to upload a logo.
Company logo & platform label: the logo of your company and the label of your choice will be displayed in the platform header. If you select this option, you will then need to upload a logo and type the label of your choice.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the platform window. A preview is displayed in the Preview area, under the file upload box.
Customizing the email header
The email header is the header that is displayed in notification emails sent by the system upon the occurrence of certain events within the platform. You can choose the logos and the platform labels that you want to see in this header.
To customize the email header, proceed as follows:
In the Appearance page, locate the Email header section.

In the Display option list, select your preference among the available options:
Default beqom logo: the default, out of the box, beqom logo will be displayed in the platform header
Company logo: the logo of your company will be displayed in the platform header. If you select this option, you will then need to upload a logo.
Company logo & beqom default logo: both the default beqom logo and your company logo will be displayed in the platform header. Use this option to highlight the partnership between your company and beqom. If you select this option, you will then need to upload a logo.
Company logo & platform label: the logo of your company and the label of your choice will be displayed in the platform header. If you select this option, you will then need to upload a logo and type the label of your choice.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the platform window. A preview is displayed in the Preview area, under the file upload box.
Customizing the header logo for external surveys
When external participants (i.e. people who don't exist as workers in the system) are invited to participate in surveys within the platform, they are presented with a "light" version of the application in which they can only see the survey to which they have been added.
You can also upload a custom company logo for external survey participants to control the appearance of this "light" version of the application. To do so, proceed as follows:
In the Appearance page, locate the Header logo for external survey participants section.
Upload your company logo.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the platform window. A preview is displayed in the Preview area, under the file upload box.
Customizing the application favicon
The favicon is the little logo that displays for each opened application in the individual tab of your Web browser. The platform enables you to customize this icon to align with your own branding and to enter a custom label for the name of the platform.
To customize the Web browser tab, proceed as follows:
In the Appearance page, locate the Favicon section.
Upload your company logo.
In the Platform label field, enter the name that you want to use for the platform.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the platform window. A preview is displayed in the Preview area, under the file upload box.
Customizing the button of the Office 365 plugin
The application can also connect with Office 365 to import data written in the Microsoft suite and create items in the system from Office 365. To make sure that the experience of your users is consistent across all platforms, you can customize the text of the button that enables users to jump to the application from Office 365. To do so, proceed as follows:
In the Appearance page, locate the Office 365 plugin section.
In the Button label field, enter the text that you want to display in the platform access button in Office 365.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the platform window. A preview is displayed in the Preview area, under the file upload box.
Selecting your theme
You can customize your Pay Suite application even further by choosing the mode and color that best suit your company. To change the color and mode, proceed as follows:
In the Appearance page, locate the Theme section.
From the drop-down list select your preferred Mode. You may choose between light and dark.
From the second drop-down list select the color. There are eleven options available (red, coral, orange, yellow, lime, green, teal, blue, indigo, purple, pink).
Refresh the page.
Uploading a logo file
Depending on the configuration options that you choose in the various sections of the Appearance page, you might need to upload a logo file. To do so, proceed as follows:
Prepare the file that you want to use in advance on your computer.

Upload the file:
Click the Upload button in the file dropbox. A file browser window will open for you to select the file.
Drag and drop the file in the dropbox.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the application window.
Changing a custom logo
If you have uploaded a custom logo in any of the sections of the Appearance page, you can at any time change this logo. To do so, proceed as follows:
Locate the section that you want to modify.
In the logo box, click Upload image.
Select the image file that you want to use in the file browser window.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the application window.
Removing a custom logo
If you have uploaded a custom logo in any of the sections of the Appearance page, you can at any time change this logo. To do so, proceed as follows:
Locate the section that you want to modify.
In the logo box, click Delete image.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the application window.
Defining a custom label
In the Application header section, the Email header section and the Favicon section, you can enter a custom name for the platform, in order to reflect your branding or your company identity. To define a custom label, proceed as follows:
Locate the section that you want to configure.
Select the corresponding option (Company logo & platform label) in the list of radio buttons (applies only to the Application header and the Email header sections).
In the Platform label field, enter the custom name you want to give to the platform.
Click Save in the upper-right corner of the application window.
