Review stages
To better understand the review stages, see the following table:
| Review Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Start | The Start stage is automatically completed as soon as the review is created and assigned. |
| Self-review | The worker to whom the review is assigned must fill out the review form by providing ratings and comments according to the configuration of the review. |
| Manager review | It is now the turn of the manager to provide his input. If additional managers are involved, make sure they have performed their review before submitting. |
| Under review (optional) | When configured, this stage informs the worker or the manager that the review is ongoing. |
| Moderation (optional) | When the moderation stage is enabled, after the worker and manager have completed the review, the manager has the possibility edit its responses and reopen the review which will require the worker and manager to submit the review again. |
| Conversation & publication | Once the review is submitted by the manager, the offline performance conversation can start. During this stage, worker and manager(s) discuss the review and cross their comments. |
| Worker sign-off | The final stage of the review requires the worker to sign off and approve the review. |
