Viewing shared goals
Your team goals or the goals that have been shared with you are accessible in the Shared goals section and are displayed in a table with the following information:
Goal: name of the goal
Owner: owner of the goal
Type: goal type icon with goal type name displayed on hover
Progress: progress trail of the goal in percentage
Tracking status: completed, on track, at risk or blocked
Priority: high, medium or low
Due date: date at which the goal is due
Weight: percentage goal weight
: quick access to the Edit and Delete buttons
To view a team goal or a goal that has been shared with you, proceed as follows:
Select the Shared goals table from the Goal group drop-down list . A table listing goals shared with you is displayed.
Locate the goal that you want to view.
Click the name of the goal located on the left of the goal record, as illustrated in the following figure:

Depending on the state of the goal, you are either redirected to the Goal overview tab with all the detailed information of the goal in read-only mode (published goals) or to the Edit goal screen of the goal (draft goals).
