Viewing shared goals

Your team goals or the goals that have been shared with you are accessible in the Shared goals table in Passport > Goals. To see them, select Shared goals from the Goal category drop-down list.

The table displays the following information:

• Goal – the name of the goal

• Owner – the owner of the goal

• Type – the goal type represented by an icon with the name displayed on hover

• Progress – progress trail of the goal in percentage

• Tracking status – Completed, On track, At risk, or Blocked

• Priority – High, Medium, or Low

• Due date – the date at which the goal is due

• Weight – the percentage goal weight

• three-dot icon – quick access to the Edit, View, and Delete options

To view a team goal or a goal that has been shared with you, proceed as follows:

1. In the Shared goals table, find the goal that you want to view. You can also search for it using a search bar above the table, not only by goal title, but also by the goal owner's name, including first name and last name, as shown below:

2. Click the name of the goal located on the far left of the goal record. Alternatively, you can click the three-dot icon in the goals table and choose View from the menu. You are redirected to the goal overview page.
