Managing bonus plans
The Pay Suite allows you to search and filter the list of the bonus plans by using the search bars and drop-down windows at the top of the list.
This is a tip message.
Compensation rounds are available under Workbench> Compensation > Bonus plans. Access to Workbench depends on your role within the platform. This feature is available for users with Configuration, Compensation Admin and Global Compensation Admin professional roles.
Bonus plans statuses
There are three statuses for bonus plans:
Draft - this is the status of the bonus plan which is in progress of configuration and is not yet published. Every bonus plan when the creation is initiated obtains this status automatically.
Ready - this is the status of the bonus plan which is has been published and is ready to be used and assigned.
Deactivated - this is the status of the bonus plan which is turned off to be appearing in the assignment list for another entity.
Editing bonus plan
The system enables you to make changes to the bonus plans that are in Draft status.
To edit a bonus plan, proceed as follows:
Locate in the list of bonus plans, the bonus plan that you want to edit.
Click the icon located in the far right of the row corresponding to the bonus plan in the list. A contextual menu is displayed.
Click Edit in the menu. The form opened at step 1 - Plan details.
Follow the steps described in the Creating bonus plans article to change the bonus plan according to your needs.
Click Save & exit in the upper-right corner of the application window to save your changes.
Duplicating bonus plan
The system enables you to duplicate the bonus plans that are in Draft and Ready and Deactivated status.
To duplicate a bonus plan, proceed as follows:
Locate in the list of bonus plans, the bonus plan that you want to duplicate.
Click the icon located in the far right of the row corresponding to the bonus plan in the list. A contextual menu is displayed.
Click Duplicate in the menu. A success message is now displayed. Click Open bonus plan button located in the message to open the plan. You can also refresh the page and open the draft of your duplicate from the list.

Follow the steps described in the Creating bonus plans article to change the bonus plan according to your needs.
Click Save & exit in the upper-right corner of the application window to save your changes.
Deactivating and enabling bonus plan
The system enables you to deactivate bonus plans that are in Ready status.
To deactivate a bonus plan, proceed as follows:
Locate in the list of bonus plans, the bonus plan that you want to deactivate.
Click the icon located in the far right of the row corresponding to the bonus plan in the list. A contextual menu is displayed.
Click Deactivate in the menu. The tag in the list is changed to Deactivated.
To reverse this change click the icon again and select Enable. The bonus plan changed it status to Ready.
Viewing bonus plan
The system enables you to view the bonus plans that are in Ready and Deactivated status.
To view a bonus plan, proceed as follows:
Locate in the list of bonus plans, the bonus plan that you want to view.
Click the icon located in the far right of the row corresponding to the bonus plan in the list. A contextual menu is displayed.
Click View in the menu. The form opened at step 1 - Plan details.
Click Next or Back in the progress widget to move between the steps.
Click Close button in the upper right corner to go back to the list.
