Reopening a goal
When a goal has been completed but for some reasons the goal deliverables or criteria must be changed, it is possible to reopen the goal.
The platform offers two options to reopen a completed goal:
Directly from the My goals or the Shared goals table
From the goal individual page
To reopen a goal from the My goals or the Shared goals table, proceed as follows:
Go to Passport > Goals and from the drop-down list select the Goal group you wish to see. Select a goal plan and locate the goal that you want to edit. To make the location of the goal easier, you may also enter the name of the goal in the search bar.
Click the button located at the very right of the goal record, as illustrated in the following figure:

Click the Reopen button. The Reopen goal contextual window is displayed.
Click the Confirm button. The status of the goal is moved to "in progress" and is editable again.
You can now perform the required modifications and mark the goal as done again.
To reopen a goal from its individual page, proceed as follows:
Go to Passport > Goals and from the drop-down list select the Goal group you wish to see. Select a goal plan and locate the goal that you want to edit. To make the location of the goal easier, you may also enter the name of the goal in the search bar.
Click the name of the goal located at the very left of the goal record. The goal individual page is opened.
Click the button at the top-right of the goal screen, as illustrated in the following figure:

Click the Reopen button. The Reopen contextual window is displayed.
Click the Confirm button. The status of the goal is moved to "in progress" and is editable again.
You can now perform the required modifications and mark the goal as done again.
