Viewing comp rounds
To access the compensation page navigate to Planner > Compensation tab, choose the comp round you wish to inspect, and click View button located on the far right side of the comp round list. You are now redirected to the compensation round page where you can see a in-depth view of the comp round you've selected.
In the Budget section at the top of the page, you can select one of three tabs:
- Grid and scroll to the right to view all the details about workers eligibility and compensation.
Individual and select a worker to see the details about their salary and bonus.
Audit trail and scroll down to see the latest updates and changes made in the grid by other eligible workers.
A the far right side of the page, you can also check the Current workflow step. Click on the step to see the Workflow drawer.
Grid tab
At the top of the Grid tab you can see the amount left out of the full budget set up for the given comp round. The amount will be divided between the comp elements you chose while creating the comp round. You may hide this information by changing the state of the Show budget toggle in the navigation bar.
This tab shows you the details about your workers compensation.
Select Direct Reports, Indirect reports or HRBP from the drop down list. The list of workers that belong to selected group will appear in the list below.
Click on Filters button to add conditions. Use the toggle to chose between ALL or ANY, chose the Criterion form the drop-down list, chose the Operator from the drop-down list and enter the Value. To add more conditions click on + Add condition button. Click on Apply button to filter the data. To discard your filters, click Clear filters and click Cancel to exit the filters window.
You can also adjust the rows by clicking the Row size button and reload the data by clicking the Refresh data button
- Change the state of the Show budget toggle to show or hide the budget widget at the top of the table.
Click Worker local currency to reveal a list of available currencies.
In the table you will always see the first four columns - Worker, Manager, Notes, and Eligibility. Other columns are the columns configured by the compensation admin when creating the compensation round (including compensation elements and other columns).
Scroll to the right, to see the Compensation part of the table. This part of the table will be divided into the parts that will reflect the amount of subsections in your budget and every subsection will be divided into columns. If the worker is eligible for any part of the subsections, this part's columns will become active. Enter the amount in one of the fields and the others from the same subsection will be automatically counted and filled. If you click on the first field in each section, a pop-up window will be displayed with guidelines about the minimum and maximum amount available in this field.
If you wish to see the details for a specific worker, use the search bar at the far right of the top bar and there enter the name of the worker in the search field. Click on the worker's name to see their Comp history, Salary, Bonus and Notes details in a drawer that will appear on the right side of the screen.

Individual view tab
The Individual tab allows you to dive into the information about an individual worker and you will be also able to update or change the amounts allocated to this worker..
From the drop-down list, located on the left side of the page, select a group of workers. Click on the name of the worker you wish to inspect. A table with information about this worker will appear on screen.
Choose the Worker local currency from the drop-down list. On the far right side of the table select the Salary or Bonus or Notes tab.
Enter or update the amounts for your chosen worker and click Submit to save your changes.
Audit trail tab
The Audit trail tab presents all the historic changes made to the grid. You can check who and when made a change. The table also indicated where the change has been made and what was the input if any. This gives you more control over your comp round, allows you to track the updates and spot any mistakes or problems more effectively.
You may filter the table by clicking on the Filter button. There from the drop-down list you may select:

Date to
Editor
Action
Worker
Updated field
Workflow stage
You may also use the search bar located above the table. After typing the phrase you are searching for the active search process will begin automatically.
