Managing modeler configuration
In Modeler configuration tab you can enable or disable two important metrics Time in role and Leave of absence.
Time in role
Time in role refers to the duration an employee has spent in their current position or role within an organization. This metric is often used to assess experience, eligibility for promotions, transfers, or additional responsibilities.
To enable this metric check the Enable time in role option. Now you may manage the significant fields that will trigger a time in role change for workers. Click Add significant field to add another filed to the list. A pop-up window will appear. Select the Entity from the first drop-down list and then the Field from the second list. Click Add field to add you selection. To Delete or Edit a field, click the icon located at the far right side of the list and select the option you need.
Leave of absence.
A Leave of absence allows employees to take time off work for specific reasons beyond standard paid time off. It may be paid or unpaid, depending on company policies and the purpose of the leave. Common reasons include medical issues, family emergencies, maternity/paternity, education, or personal matters.
To enable this metric check the Enable leave of absence option. Now you may select which absence types will apply to this policy and the related grace periods for these absences.. Click Select absence type to add another filed to the list. A pop-up window will appear. Select the workbench_modeler_configuration_leave_of_absence_type * from the first drop-down list and then the workbench_modeler_configuration_leave_of_absence_period * from the second list. Click Add field to add you selection.
