Managing my user settings
The application enables you to define individual preferences independent from any system configuration which are applied each time you log into the application. For instance, you can upload a new profile picture or change the application language.
Managing my profile picture
The profile picture management is performed in the Company network module, accessible either by clicking the component in the left navigation menu or by clicking your profile drop-down on the top right of the screen, and then Edit profile.
Uploading a profile picture
The application enables you to add a picture for your profile in order for your colleagues to easily identify you.
To upload a new picture or modify an existing avatar, proceed as follows:
Click the icon located at the bottom right of your avatar (either your existing profile picture or a blank picture with your initials).
Click the Upload picture button. Your computer's file library is opened.
Select a file that you want to set as your profile picture and confirm.
Re-size or adjust the picture using the resizing tool as needed and click Save. The picture is now set as your profile picture.
Deleting an existing profile picture
To delete an existing profile picture, proceed as follows:
Click the icon located at the bottom right of your profile picture.
Click the Upload picture button. A success message is displayed at the top of the application screen, your profile picture is removed and the default blank avatar with your initials is now displayed.
Reviewing the data privacy statement and legal disclaimer
From your user settings you can, at any time, review the data privacy statement and the company legal disclaimer.
Data privacy statement and consent
To access the company data privacy statement and review your consent if needed, proceed as follows:
In the About section, click Data privacy statement. You are redirected to the data privacy statement page with the statement version and effective date displayed.
If you want to review your consent regarding the data privacy statement, click the Review my consent button.
Click Reject and click Yes to confirm. You are automatically logged out of the application and you will have to give your consent again before logging in the application.
Legal disclaimer
To access the company legal disclaimer, proceed as follows:
In the Account section, click Legal disclaimer. You are redirected to the legal disclaimer page, as illustrated below:

Managing email notifications
You can at any time decide to opt out of the email notifications the application sends by default.
To turn off the email notifications, proceed as follows:
In the Account section, toggle off the Receive email notifications button. You will no longer receive notifications by email.
Changing the application language
The Pay Suite application is, at the moment, available in two languages: English and French. You can change the application language at any time during your work.
To switch the language of the application, proceed as follows:
Expand your profile drop-down at the top right of the screen and click the Settings button. You are redirected to your user settings section.
In the Language & format section select the Language drop-down, select the language that you want to use. Your preference is saved and the language is switched immediately.
Changing the date display format
The Pay Suite application allows you to display the date format in two ways - numeric and alphanumeric. You can change the format at any time during your work.
To switch the format, proceed as follows:
Expand your profile drop-down at the top right of the screen and click the Settings button. You are redirected to your user settings section.
In the Language & format section select the Date display format drop-down, select the format that you want to use. Your preference is saved and the format is switched immediately.
Viewing the tenant version in Pay Suite
In the Settings page you may also see which version of Pay Suite application you are currently using. The information is visible at the bottom left corner of the page, as presented on the following illustration:
