Compensation overview

In the Compensation section of the Planner, users can view and manage all created compensation rounds (comp rounds).

At the top of the page, you can see four tiles providing a general overview of your comp rounds: Comp rounds displays the total number of comp rounds, while In progress, Ready, and Closed indicate the number of comp rounds in each respective statutes.

Below the tiles, there is a paginated list of individual compensation rounds. Each row in the list includes:

• the comp round name,

• the type of comp round,

• the start and end dates,

• the status of the comp round,

• the icon.

To find a comp round, enter its name in the search bar above the list. You can also filter the list by type (Any, Bonus, or Salary, if available) using the drop-down next to the search bar.

To see details of a comp round, click its name in the list. Alternatively, click the icon on the far-right side of the row corresponding to your comp round and select View. You will then be redirected to the comp round page.
