beqom Pay Suite 1.11 - Detailed release notes

This article lists the new features that have been added to the platform, as well as the bugs that have been corrected in the main 1.11 release of the Pay Suite application and in the subsequent patches.

1.11.21

The following table lists the issues corrected or improvements introduced in patch 1.11.21.

	AC-15351	The selection banner incorrectly displayed 'Select all X items' even when all documents were already selected and all workflow steps were disabled for a communication round. This issue has been resolved to accurately reflect the selection status in such scenarios.
130577	AC-15588	The description field in goal settings now supports rich text formatting, addressing the previous limitation of plain text. This enhancement allows users to add formatting like line breaks and hyperlinks to goal descriptions, improving clarity and communication.
	AC-15590	Duplicating compensation rounds with reference fields and subsequently filling data in the key date step was resulting in a 422 error. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that reference field data is correctly saved during the duplication process, allowing users to proceed through the key date step without errors.
130871	AC-15670	Long names in the HRBP view were previously truncated, hindering readability. This update introduces a hover-over functionality that displays the full name, ensuring that all the names are clearly visible.
	AC-15684	Managers are now prevented from marking a career development template as 'Rejected by Employee' after the employee has already submitted their input. This ensures that managers cannot override an employee's submission status, maintaining the integrity of the submission process.
	AC-15739	The 'View' option was incorrectly appearing in the actions menu for owners and co-owners of Document Templates. This option has been removed, as owners and co-owners already possess edit capabilities for these templates
130646	AC-15742	The organizational unit 'GIE AXA CH' was incorrectly displaying zero users, despite having subordinate units containing active workers. This issue, which also involved inconsistencies in the organizational hierarchy displayed in the UI compared to the database, is was fixed to ensure accurate user counts and hierarchical relationships are reflected.

	AC-14110	In the data modeler, when configuring a model with a lot of fields, the Save and Cancel buttons were no longer visible after scrolling down the page.

	AC-14177	Customers using the V10 synch for Pay Transparency can now see see in real time the result of a synchronization via audits and logs in the V10 database.

	AC-14622	The pattern according to which codes are attributed to the compensation elements (standard and custom) was improved.
	AC-14649	The population can now be managed and adjusted for both salary and bonus plans in a dedicated step of the configuration wizard.
	AC-14650	Compensation admins can now configure the formula of the bonus calculation when the bonus type is enabled and a bonus plan is selected.
	AC-14652	A data point is now created by default when the compensation admin selects a bonus plan and a bonus round type.
	AC-14658	The Mark as done button is now always available in the goal form.

	AC-14695	As a first step toward self-serve custom labeling in the platform, the Configuration role now has the possibility to display technical localization keys using an option located under Workbench > Localization > Cultural Settings.
	AC-14700	Improvements were made to the comp round, specifically tracked information were expanded to include the creator, the creation date, the last person who updated the round, the date of the last update, and the date of cloning and the person who cloned a round.
	AC-14717	In the career development configuration wizard, a setting is now available to enable workers to refuse the career development plan.
	AC-14718	In the career development form in Planner, a checkbox is now available to indicate that the worker refused the career development plan.
	AC-14737	TotalNumberOfItems was implemented for the for GET ExchangeRate and GET ExchangeRateType API enfpoinds.
	AC-14741	It is now possible for compensation admins to copy compensation rounds, payout cures and bonus plans (with a 100 character limit for the name).

	AC-14762	The "No results" message was displayed twoice when the HRBP searched for a worker in Planner > Documents and their search yielded no results.
	AC-14765	The three horizontal dots menu icon was harmonized across the platform.
	AC-14789	The Goals per worker column, available at the Goal types step of the goal plan creation wizard was removed. In this column, it was possible to set a number of goals that each worker should have, but there was no logic behind it.
	AC-14802	A static document can be uploaded for all workers in the Shared/common documents step of the communication round configuration wizard.
	AC-14805	The step required to upload a static document for all workers was added to the communication round configuration wizard.
	AC-14807	In the communication round configuration wizard, at the Hierarchy step, the spacing above the Secondary hierarchy label was incorrect.
	AC-14817	The empty state message displayed when a search for a communication round yielded no results was incorrect ("No comp rounds").
	AC-14818	Accessibility improvements were performed on pop-ups in the platform.
	AC-14832	Different labels were implemented in the confirmation pop-up when the manager submits a performance review to accommodate the various use cases of the performance review (depending on whether self-assessment can be skipped, moderation is enabled, or whether the conversation and publication step can be skipped).
	AC-14845	The Reset to default button was removed from the team planner view column configuration following the introduction of the Display name field.
	AC-14846	All front-end packages were updated to the latest versions.
	AC-14849	A bug caused an incorrect generation of situations when there were gaps in the compensation history data.

	AC-14900	In Pay Transparency, in the list of document templates, the display of template owners is now identical to other places in the platform: circles with initials.
	AC-14903	Document templates can now be edited from Workbench, under Pay Transparency > Document Templates, and add a name, code, description and owners.
	AC-14904	The Group name field is now mandatory when creating a column group in the Team planner view step of the compensation round configuration wizard.
	AC-14907	AbsenceType in the Absence entity of the data foundation is now unique and required.
	AC-14908	An antivirus check was implemented on the csv ingestion endpoint of the data foundation for added security.
	AC-14909	Back-end validation was missing to uploading a template document for Pay Transparency. Now the validation is in place and makes sure that only .docx documents can be uploaded.
	AC-14970	In the performance review, the Overall performance section was incorrectly displayed without data for the self-reviewer and was displayed for the self-reviewer after HR moved the review to the Conversation & publication stage.
	AC-14983	Administrators are now able to select multiple workers with different tags in the data modeler and the tags are reflected in the snapshot data.
	AC-14999	Compensation admins can now attach a Word document (.docx) to a document template in Pay Transparency.
	AC-15003	In the data foundation, the leave of absence is configured so that it cannot be smaller than 0.
	AC-15004	In the data foundation, the absence type "Grace day" can now be 0.
	AC-15005	In the data foundation, if the absence type does not exist in the leave of absence configuration, then the type is ignored in the calculations.
	AC-15016	In mass-assigned check-ins, incorrect data (data for the wrong user) were displayed in the Discussion points section after saving the check-in and reopening it.
	AC-15034	When creating a goal, if there were no data related to goals in the database, an error 404 was displayed.
	AC-15042	In Passport > Goals, a misalignment of the Action required table and Individual goals table was corrected.
	AC-15043	In reviews, the goal rating scale was not visible and the user needed to scroll to be able to select a scale.
	AC-15048	The publication of snapshots failed when comp data was ingested if the range end date was 9999-12-31 or if there were historical employment records before the start date of period.
	AC-15051	An error 400 was displayed when opening a mass-assigned check-in from the notification if the manager deleted the check-in.
	AC-15052	In check-ins, when adding multiple line text in the Discussion points field, and then saving, the lines were then concatenated without spaces.
	AC-15062	In the career development settings, the name and the description of the local admin settings were incorrect.
	AC-15064	In the career development settings, the appearance of the Allow local admins checkbox was incorrect when in read-only state.
	AC-15074	AuthZ policy check is now performed on message consumers to be able to ensure authZ for analytics widgets.
	AC-15077	The success banner was not displayed when the user clicked Mark all as read in the Notifications page.
	AC-15083	HRBPs and managers can now open the individual worker view and view their compensation details.

	AC-15383	An unnecessary confirmation pop-up window was displayed when the user attempted to save a compensation round as a draft from the Hierarchy step.
	AC-15384	The Save and exit button was missing was missing from the Workflow step of the communication round configuration wizard.
	AC-15391	An error 404 was displayed when a manager opened an organization goal view form from a worker view in the Planner if they were not the creator/owner.
	AC-15395	Number type custom fields were saved as string type when generating the data snapshot.
	AC-15434	Missing Appsettings entry placeholders were causing the machine learning service deployment to fail.
	AC-15435	In Planner, in the compensation round, the budget was not calculated according to the rules defined in the comp round configuration wizard.
	AC-15438	The Analytics service was retuning a error on the embed and export report endpoints.
	AC-15442	A feature flag was added to manage the payroll data drop feature.
	AC-15450	The CreateCurrency and DeleteCurrency actions were removed from the authentication policy.
	AC-15454	An error was displayed when sorting the team planner grid on the bonus comp element.
	AC-15456	A custom password validation mechanism was created to simulate SSO in performance testing environments.
	AC-15683	New standard embedded PowerBI reports were created for the career development feature.
	AC-15694	Some support actions were missing in the authentication service.
	AC-15695	Reviews could not be exported to PDF and sent to Documents.
	AC-15719	In Passport, goal types with the option Only managers in the selected population can assign goals activated were not visible to managers after selecting Other Colleagues and the corresponding goal plan.
