Creating payroll data drop
The Payroll data drop feature, integrated into the Compensation module, enables you to configure and download payroll data files specifically tailored to external payroll systems. It becomes active after the compensation round is in progress.
To start your work with the Payroll data drop, proceed as follows:
Navigate to Workbench > Compensation > Compensation Rounds.
Choose a compensation round you want to work with. Keep in mind that Payroll data drop is available only for comp rounds that are in the "In progress" state.
Click icon at the far right side of the table and select Payroll data drop as illustrated in the following picture:

You are now redirected to the Payroll data drop page presented in the following illustration:

In this page you are able to manage the payroll data drops that were already created for your chosen comp round.
Click on the icon to View, Edit, Duplicate or Delete the payroll data drop.
To create payroll data drop, proceed as follows:
Click Create payroll data drop button. The creation form will open.
Enter the Connection name and Description for this outbound connection.
In the Worker selection section click Add block and then fill out the available options to create a condition. In the upper right corner you have a icon that will allow you to duplicate your condition and a icon to delete it.
In the Data entities & sources define the entities and fields to be included in this model by checking the boxes located next to the name of the entity. You may search for the entities using the search bar at the top or by filtering them using the available filtering options.
Click Create button located in the top right corner of the creation form to finish your payroll data drop or click Save and exit to create a draft you can go back to later on.
