Managing document generation
In Pay Suite, you may explore the previous document generations that were performed during the communication rounds.
The Document generation page allows you to see all document generation requests, which helps with tracking progress, identifying failures, and ensuring traceability. Your document generation requests are displayed in a paginated table that includes details such as the communication round, template, source, requester, status, numbers of imported and generated documents, errors, and timestamps. Document generation also allows you to export a detailed log of generated documents for any entry in the table, enabling you to analyze, audit, or debug issues more effectively. To export a detailed log, click the three-dot icon and select Export log details, as shown in the following image:

The log will be downloaded to your device as a CSV file containing all relevant metadata and error flags.
