Working with Goal Management page
Goal Management page is a powerful interface that gives administrators a holistic, top-down view of all goals within the organization.
The overview of the Goal Management page is shown in the following picture:

At the top of the page, you will find overview widgets for:
Goal Plans: Total number of goal plans in the system
Goal Types: Total number of goal types
Goals: Total number of goals managed
The page also includes robust filtering options to quickly narrow down any search:
Search: Find goals by entering a user's name
Goal Plan / Goal Type: Filter using dropdowns
Goal Status: Show only "Published" or "Drafted" goals
Result: View goals with or without updated results
Workers: Click to select and view goals by specific employees (searchable by name or ID)
Goal table and creation
After filtering, goals are displayed in a detailed table. Key capabilities include:
Organizational goals are pinned to the top.
Users can use inline editing for goal weight and results.
Access full goal actions through the three-dot menu.
All changes are logged for a clear audit trail and transparency.
To create new goal, click the Create goal button to launch the creation wizard.
Goal overview and progress trail
Goal overview
Selecting any goal will automatically open its details on the Goal overview tab. From here, you can access the following sections:
Basic information: Details about the goal plan and goal type.
Status update: A section to track progress on the goal.
Measurement criteria: The specific criteria for the goal.
Population: Information about the workers and organizations included in or excluded from the goal.
Details: The status of the goal and its due date.
Participants: The creator and owner of the goal.
Click Save and exit in the top right corner of the page to save any updates made to this goal.
Progress trail
To see Progress trail tab, select it from the drop down list at the top of the page. The Audit trail section tracks and records every change made to goal dates and goal weights, such as:
Initial start and end dates
Individual user date overrides
The initial goal weight
Individual weight overrides by managers or Goal Admins
Any bulk reset actions
All tracked changes are included in the Goal PDF Export.
Editing goal details
To edit goal details, click the icon to be redirected to the Edit goal form. Here, you can change the following:
Population of the goal: Include or exclude organizations and workers.
Basic information: Such as the goal's Name, Due date, and Goal weight for the population.
Measurement criteria: Add or remove criteria that measure the goal's success.
Progress tracking: Choose between manual or automatic tracking.
Click Save and exit in the top right corner of the page to save any changes made to this goal.
Population pop-up
If a Population button is available in the Assign to column, you can click it to view the Population & goal weight details pop-up. This window has two tabs: Goal weight and Key dates.
Goal weight tab
In the Goal weight tab, you can enter the Initial goal weight, which will be automatically assigned to all workers in the Goal weight per worker list. IWithin this list, you can also change the goal weight for individual workers by adjusting the percentage in the Goal weight column.
To revert to the initial goal weight for all workers, click Bulk actions and select Reset to initial goal weight. You can also filter the list by a worker's name, ID, organization, country, or worker population status.
Key dates tab
In the Key dates tab, you can enter the key dates for the population. These dates will be automatically assigned to all workers in the Key dates per worker list. You can change the start and end dates for individual workers by adjusting the dates in the Start date and End date columns.
To go back to the initial start and end dates for all workers, click Bulk actions and select the Reset to initial key dates.
Like the other tab, you can filter this list by a worker's name, ID, organization, country, or worker population status.
