Accessing and managing a team member's goal plans
From the Planner section, you can access your team members' individual goal plans to better follow up the achievement of each of their goal.
To access a team member's goal plan, proceed as follows:
In the Planner section go to the Goals tab, presented in the following picture:

From the Worker drop-down list select the team member you wish to inspect.
In the Goal Plan drop-down, select a goal plan available for the worker. Goals linked with the selected goal plan are displayed.
You can see now different sections depending on the options chosen while creating a goal plan.
Click the name of the goal to access the goal details and perform the required updates or interaction.
You may also click the icon to perform other available actions.

If there is no goal attached to the selected Goal Plan, you can create a goal using the Create goal button located in the middle of the empty table. For more information, refer to Creating a goal for a team member.
