Managing document templates
Pay Suite gives you complete control over your templates, so you can easily check their status, make edits, or review their history. This streamlines your document creation process.
Editing after publish and template history
Unlike traditional version-locking systems, published document templates remain editable.
To edit your document template, click the three-dot icon located at the far right of a relevant row in the template list and select Edit from the action menu. Alternatively, click the name of the template in the row to be redirected to the Edit document template page, as shown below:

Compensation Admins can change a template's details or owners and update its layout or content by uploading new .docx files.
Each upload generates a new stored version of the file. You can access these historical versions through the Template history button on each published document template, as presented in the following image:

This feature ensures auditability, allowing you to trace all changes to the template's content, and transparency, as Compensation Admins can easily refer back to any previous version. It also provides control, keeping templates flexible while maintaining governance standards, even after publication. Use the Template history page, as presented in the following picture, to view, compare, or restore previous versions as needed:
