Enabling and configuring the digital reward statement
The digital reward statement gives organizations flexibility in how they communicate compensation and provides workers with a clearer understanding of their pay.
Enabling the digital reward statement
To enable the digital reward statement, navigate to Workbench> Platform Setup > Passport > Compensation and check the Digital reward statement box.
Click Save in the top-right corner of the page to save your changes. The feature is now active and will be visible to workers as the Compensation tab in the Planner section.
Configuring the digital reward statement
To configure the digital reward statement feature, click the Edit button located on the far-right side of the page, the configuration form is opened with two sections, Main content and Side panel, as shown in the figures below:

Position in pay range
In this Main content section, you can preview position in pay range in the digital reward statement page. First, enable this section by changing the state of the toggle located on the far-right side.
Next, fill in the necessary information:

Then you may decide if you want to show compensation policy link by checking or unchecking the box.

Click the Save & exit button located in the top-right corner of the page to finish adding your changes or proceed and save later.
Compensation philosophy
Use this section to communicate your company’s guiding principles on pay and rewards. First, enable this section by changing the state of the toggle located on the far-right side.
Next, fill in the necessary information:

Click the Save & exit button located in the top-right corner of the page to finish adding your changes or proceed and save later.
Pay information
You can also enable the possibility for workers to request pay information. First, enable this Side panel section by changing the state of the toggle located on the far-right side.
Check or uncheck the Allow pay information requests box.
Fill in the text of the pay information. The text that you input here will be displayed as context or guidance when workers use the widget.
Click the Save & exit button located in the top-right corner of the page to finish adding your changes or proceed and save later.
Resources
If you want, you can also provide resources in the digital reward statement page by adding a label and a link.
To include additional links, click the +Add resource button. To delete a previously added link, click the X icon next to the link you want to delete.
To save your changes, click the Save & exit button located in the top-right corner of the page. To discard them, click Cancel.
