Working with career development plans
On the Career Development Plans page, you can view, edit, duplicate, delete, and manage career development plans. This interface gives you full control over your team's professional growth journey, making it easy to track progress and keep plans up to date.
Viewing a career development plan
To view a Published career development plan, click the icon located at the far right of the table row corresponding to your chosen plan. When the contextual menu appears, select the View option, as shown below:

You will be redirected to the plan details page. You can also check other elements comprising the plan, including population, workflow, etc., by clicking the Next button in the plan configuration wizard on the right.
Editing a career development plan
To edit a career development plan, click the icon located at the far right of the table row corresponding to your chosen plan. When the contextual menu appears, select the Edit option. For Draft plans, you can also click the name of the plan in the table. You will be redirected to the Edit career development plan page, where you can make your changes.
Duplicating a career development plan
Template owners, users with the HRBP role, configurators, and support users are able to duplicate career development plan templates. To duplicate a plan, click the icon located at the far right of the table row corresponding to your chosen plan. When the contextual menu appears, select the Duplicate option.
The duplication process copies:
Template name (defaulting to "[Original Name] + Copy")
Template description
Workflow settings including the Refuse setting
Career plan questionnaire with questions and mandatory options
Skills widget settings
Goal settings
Check-in widget settings
Career chat settings
Behavior wheel settings
Resources (links, etc.)
However, owners, dates, plan transmission settings, and population are reset for the new template and the duplicating user is made the sole primary owner.
Deleting a career development plan
You can only delete plans that are in the Draft status. To delete a plan, click the icon located at the far right of the table row corresponding to your chosen plan. When the contextual menu appears, select the Delete option, as you can see in the following figure:

In the confirmation dialog, click Yes to confirm. The plan will be removed from the list.
Managing a career development plan
The Career Development Plans section allows local and global template owners to manage Published plans. To manage a plan, click the icon located at the far right of the table row corresponding to your chosen plan. When the contextual menu appears, select the Manage option. You can also click the name of the plan in the table. You will be redirected to the career development plan management portal, which we describe in detail below.

The career development plan management portal includes two tabs: Move stages and Manage plans.
Move stages
The Move stages tab enables you to choose plans that are currently in the Closed or Manager feedback stage and move them backward in the workflow if necessary. The following figure shows the tab:

To move plans to a different stage:
Select the plan stage to find specific plans in your chosen stage. By default, the Closed stage is displayed in the Filter by plan stage field.
Apply additional filters using the Find workers by organizational unit, Find workers by their manager, Find workers by cost center, Find workers by country, and Find specific workers fields if needed. Use the search bars or expand the drop-down lists to locate a specific filter. You can expand or collapse filters using the Expand or Collapse button in the top-right corner of the Filters section.
Click Apply filters. A table will appear below, including details concerning the worker, organization, cost center, manager, etc.
Select the plan by checking the box on the left side of the table row. You can also select plans in bulk.
Go to the New plan stage field above the table and choose the plan stage from the drop-down list.
Click Move career development plans. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
Click Move career plans. A success banner will display the total number of moved plans, including information about any partial success if plans were skipped.
Manage plans
The Manage plans tab facilitates career development plan management. You can see this tab in the illustration below:

To display all plans, click the View all button under the filters.
To find and manage specific career development plans:
Choose from the Worker self-assessment, Manager feedback, or Closed plan stage in the Filter by plan stage field.
Apply additional filters using the Find workers by organizational unit, Find workers by their manager, Find workers by cost center, Find workers by country, and Find specific workers fields if needed. Use the search bars or expand the drop-down lists to locate a specific filter. You can expand or collapse filters using the Expand or Collapse button in the top-right corner of the Filters section.
Click Apply filters. A table will appear below, including details concerning the worker, plan stage, organization, cost center, manager, etc.
Viewing plan details
The table in the Manage plans tab includes the View plan button beneath each worker's name. Click it to see more information about the plan, such as its name, description, status, stage, and participants, worker's data, details of refusal and submission, the career development questionnaire, skills, goals, check-ins, attached files, behavior wheel, or resources.
Generating a plan PDF
On the plan view page described above, you can also create a PDF document for the career development plan by clicking the following Generate PDF button in the top-right corner:

A preview window will appear with the Print PDF, Open in a new tab and Download PDF buttons. The content of the PDF reflects what you see on the plan view page. Therefore, a generated PDF document can contain sections like Details, Participants, including the worker and the manager assigned to the process, Stage, Career development questionnaire, Skills, Goals, Check-in comments, or Uploaded files. There is another way to generate career development plan PDFs. In the Manage plans tab with the table of plans, click the icon located at the far right of the table row corresponding to your chosen plan. When the contextual menu appears, select the Generate PDF option, as shown below:

Reassigning a plan to another manager
Additionally, the Manage plans tab allows you to reassign a career development plan to another manager. This applies to plans in the Worker self-assessment or Manager feedback stages.
For reassignment:
Click the icon at the far right of the table row corresponding to your chosen plan.
Select Reassign manager from the contextual menu.
In the pop-up window, type the new manager's name in the New manager search bar, as illustrated in the following picture:

Click the relevant person's name in the search results.
Click Reassign to confirm.
Deleting a plan
In the Manage plans tab, you can delete career development plans if they are not in the Closed stage.
To do so:
Select the plan in table of plans by checking the box on the left side of the table row. Note that you can select a single plan, multiple plans, or all plans, for example:

Click the Delete selected button located above the table. A confirmation pop-up will appear, displaying the number of selected plans and warning you that the action cannot be undone.
Click Delete plans. The system will process the deletion and refresh the table.
