Feedback report section

Feedbacks report section focuses on showing you a broad view on usage of feedbacks in your company. It illustrates the way your workers and managers are giving feedback, what are the caracterisitcs of it, and to which behaviors they are connected.

Reports list

The Feedback report section consist of five report pages:

• Feedback ratings allows you to see the aggregated figures on how employees rated the feedback they’ve received.

• Behaviors overview presents an aggregate summary of behaviors tagged when giving feedback.

• Feedback request overview presents you a broad picture of all the feedback requests created in the system both by managers and by workers.

• Feedback details provides a detailed, exportable view of key feedback metrics at an individual worker level, allowing for in-depth analysis and reporting.

• Feedback overview gives you a general overview of the feedback created in the application.
