Feedback ratings
Feedback Ratings report page allows you to see the aggregated figures on how employees rated the feedback they’ve received.

| Leadership clusters | Positions each individual according to their "average Trust score" on the y-axis and "average Clarity score" on the x-axis. Each dot represents a person, allowing you to see at a glance whether they tend to receive high scores for both trust and clarity (upper-right cluster) or if there’s an imbalance (e.g., high trust but lower clarity). The background’s diagonal shading helps visually separate the chart into two regions—those above the line (higher trust relative to clarity) and those below the line (higher clarity relative to trust). | |
