Generating and sending goal in PDF

If you are an owner, a creator or a participant of a goal, you may generate a PDF of your goal and send it to your inbox in the Documents section.

Generating PDF

To generate PDF, enter your goal, click and select Generate PDF. A document will be downloaded to your local device containing the following information about your goal:

• Status

• Details

• Participants

• Population

• Description

• Measurements criteria

• Deliverables

• Goals alignment

• Uploaded files

• Visibility

• Discussion

• Audit trail

Sending PDF to inbox

This is an note/information message.

This option is available only if the creator of the goal plan allowed it while filling out the creation form in the Plan transmission section of Goal plan details step. For more information about creating a goal plan, see Creating a goal plan

To send the PDF to inbox, enter your goal, click and select Send to Document button located at the top right corner of the page. A success message will be displayed to inform you that your action has been completed.
