The Career development report section provides visibility into the organization's career development process. It enables HR and managers to track career plan progress, including completion status, responses, and outstanding actions.

The Career development report section consist of three report pages:

• Career plan overview - provides a high-level overview of all career plans across the organization..

• Career plan status - details the workflow status of career plans by organizational unit and user.

• Questions and answers - displays detailed question and answer data from each user’s career plan.
