Career plan overview
The Career plan overview report page provides a high-level summary of career plans across the organization. It delivers key metrics such as the total number of available templates and plans created, as well as completion rates and pending manager actions. Workflow status distributions and trend charts for submissions and completions offer further insight into the career development process.
