beqomPay Suite 13.1 - Feature release notes
This article details the latest improvements introduced in version 13.1 of the beqomPay Suite application, their benefits for our end-users and their principles of use.
Compensation
Payroll download
Version 13.1 introduces a new capability for Global compensation admins to securely download payroll data drop files from the Compensation module. The new Payroll download feature streamlines compensation data management while maintaining the highest security standards. The payroll data file includes password-protected download capabilities to ensure data confidentiality and compliance at every step, while guaranteeing a secure handling of sensitive payroll data, making sure that compensation information remains protected throughout the process.
Admins can define custom and standard field sets tailored to organization-specific payroll system requirements, including worker details, compensation elements like base pay and bonuses, and currency information. The system includes powerful filtering capabilities that allow limiting the scope of workers included in each export, providing precise control over data. Role-based access controls ensure that only Global compensation admins can download the payroll file, while Compensation Admins maintain view and edit access to configurations without download permissions.

Export recipient details from imported documents
To increase transparency and traceability in document distribution, we're introducing a new feature that allows compensation admins to export the list of recipients for each imported static document within a communication round, regardless of whether the document was assigned to all employees, a population, or individual workers.
When a document is imported into a communication round, regardless of the audience type, it is now possible to view the number of recipients per imported document and export a detailed CSV file listing all individual recipients tied to that import.
The following figure illustrates the import action form the comp round configuration wizard interface:
Export action from the interface
The exported file includes important metadata such as:
Communication round name
-
Audience type and selection
All Company (no selection for All company)
Population name
Individual workers (for example: W010 | W027 | W089)
Document name
Import date and time
Name of the user who performed the import
Total number of recipients
Detailed recipient list (WorkerID and WorkerName)
This feature covers comprehensive use cases for each type of document import:
All workers: confirm that documents reached workers across the entire organization,
population-based validation for targeted groups like regional teams or bonus-eligible populations
individual worker imports to ensure that exception handling or one-off communications were properly assigned.
This audit-ready and actionable feature supports audit requirements, improves clarity for document tracking, and enables better cross-team coordination by allowing administrators to easily share recipient lists with internal stakeholders or use the exported data for downstream validations.
With this update, compensation and HR teams gain the confidence and control needed to manage complex document delivery scenarios with full visibility, precision, and accountability across all worker communications and documentation processes.

Platform
Data upload from Workbench
A new, much anticipated capability is now available in Workbench: data upload. Using a dedicated interface available under Workbench > Data Management > Data Upload, CSV files can now be uploaded from the application user interface to populate the data foundation. This feature streamlines how data is uploaded into entities and enums, and provides a clear, centralized view of all upload activities across a tenant.
CSV upload support
Data is easily uploaded using CSV files, via drag-and-drop or file selection. Data foundation administrators can upload up to 50 files at once, with a combined maximum size of 10MB.
The following figure illustrates the data upload interface:

Upload activity overview
Upon opening the data upload interface, data foundation administrators are presented with a dedicated table that displays executed and ongoing uploads. For each upload, the table lists:
The name of the entity or the enum
The upload status
The upload source (CSV or API)
The start time and the completion time
The following figure illustrates the upload table:

Detailed upload view
In the upload table, clicking any upload will open a convenient drawer on the right side of the application window in which the user can download the upload log file or download the original CSV file (if the upload was done from a CSV file).
Powerful search & filter options
The new interface comes with powerful search and filter options that enable users to retrieve uploads by their name and filter uploads by status, source and start date and time, as illustrated in the following figure:

Downloadable CSV templates
Templates for all supported entities and enums can be downloaded from the Data Upload page to ensure that data is correctly structure before upload, thus eliminating a large number of upload errors.
