Interacting with Manager dashboard
As a manager, with the Manager dashboard section of the Planner, you have access to a dashboard in which each of you direct reports is visible with useful information such as workers' goal overview or top behaviors and other actions available, as illustrated in the figure below:

Accessing a team member passport
To access the passport of one of your team members, proceed as follows:
In the Team view table select the worker or enter their name in the search bar, located above the table with workers.
Click the name of the worker. A drawer with this worker's information will appear on the right side of the page, as shown in the following illustration:

Viewing a team member top behavior
In the first column of the dashboard, you can see your workers top behavior. This is the behavior he was most often recognized for. The behavior will be highlighted, as illustrated below:

Viewing a team member last feedback
In the last feedback column, you can see how many days passed form the last time your worker received a feedback form another person in the organization. Click on the number to go see the feedback, as illustrated below:

You are now redirected to the View feedback page.
Accessing a team member next check-in
In the Manager dashboard section, you can see the date of your workers next check-in. To inspect the check-in, click on the date. A new pop-up window will be displayed on the right side of the screen, as illustrated below:

Scroll down, to see the details of the check in.
Click on the buttons located at the bottom of the pop-up to mark the check-in as done, add it to your calendar, edit it or click the button to delete the check in.
Viewing a team member goals
In the Team dashboard panel, you can see an overview of your workers goals. Hover over the Goals section, to see a goal's progress table, as illustrated below:

Accessing a team member current review
When one of your direct reports is currently involved in a review process, you have the possibility to access that review in one click.
To access a worker's review, proceed as follows:
In the dashboard, locate the worker with which you want to work.

In the Reviews column click Go to review as illustrated in the figure below:

You are redirected to the worker ongoing review.
Accessing a team member career development
If a worker has a career development plan, its stage and name will be shown in the table. The manager can select the plan's name to be redirected to it.
Accessing a team member direct reports
If a worker has employees reporting directly to him, you can see an icon with the number of reports in the Direct reports column of the dashboard.
To access a worker's direct reports, proceed as follows:
Locate the worker with direct reports with which you want to work.
Click the direct reports number , as illustrated in the following figure:

Using shortcuts
From the team dashboard you can access shortcut actions, available according to the configuration of your system.
To access the shortcut actions, proceed as follows:
Locate the worker with which you want to work in the dashboard.
At the very right of the worker record, click the icon.
Select the shortcut of your choice:
Create goal: the goal creation window is opened over the screen in which you are currently working. For more information about the creation of goals, refer to Creating an individual goal and Creating a goal for a team member.
Give feedback: Passport is open at the feedback creation page. For more information about feedback creation, refer to Giving feedback.
Request feedback: Passport is open at the feedback request page. For more information about feedback requests, refer to Requesting feedback about me and Requesting feedback about my team .
Create check-in: Passport is open at the check-in creation page. For more information about check-ins , refer to Creating check-in.
