Pay & Performance
The Pay & Performance report page provides a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between employee performance ratings and salary increases throughout the organization. It presents key metrics such as average, median, minimum, and maximum salary increases, broken down by performance rating. The report allows users to analyze the percentage of employees receiving proposals by their performance rating and visualize the distribution of salary increases across different performance tiers. Furthermore, it includes a detailed breakdown of average salary increases by both job grade and performance rating, culminating in a detailed table of individual workers, which can be filtered to understand pay and performance data at the employee level.
