Understanding the digital reward statement
The Compensation section of the PaySuite platform gives you a clear and transparent view of your full compensation package in what is referred to as the digital reward statement. It also provides quick access to worker details, pay information requests, latest released documents, and useful links to resources.
To access your Compensation breakdown, go to Passport and then click the Compensation tab.

On the right side of the Compensation tab, several widgets are available:
Worker information: displays worker-specific details sourced from imported data.
Documents: provides access to the latest released documents with options to preview or download them, or go to the full Documents tab in Passport.
Pay information and a button to Request pay information (see below for details).
Resources: includes quick links to internal or external resources (such as SharePoint, Teams, intranet pages, or uploaded files) that HR teams can configure to support workers with additional context, for example benefits information.
Pay information
The Pay information widget offers workers an easy way to request detailed pay information from their company, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. This helps them learn about their pay level, as well as gender-based average pay for comparable roles.
To submit a request, click the Request pay information button in the widget. A pop-up window will be displayed. There, specify your request in the Description field and confirm by clicking Request.
The widget will display the date and status of your latest request. For more information, refer to Submitting & managing pay information requests.
Showing/hiding sensitive data
To give workers better control over their privacy, sensitive compensation information (for instance, total, direct, and indirect compensation, and breakdown values) is now hidden by default when a worker opens their Compensation tab. Toggle buttons, as illustrated in the following pictures, allow them to switch between showing and hiding sensitive data:
Show sensitive data button
Hide sensitive data button
When data is hidden, numeric values are replaced with placeholders (•••••), and certain compensation widgets (such as Historical compensation) are not displayed, as shown in the following image:

When the user reveals the information, all actual values and widgets become visible.
The toggle resets to Hide on every page load, ensuring sensitive data remains protected in shared or public environments.
