Communication Audit Trail

The Communication Audit Trail report page presents the visuals listed below. Each row gives the on-screen name, its underlying metric, and a short description; see the metric glossary for the full formula and interpretation.

Visuals:

Name	Measure	Description
Total number of documents	Count of documents (one per pay-communication document)	Total number of pay-communication documents in scope (pay statements or letters). It is the base for the release, unrelease, and read shares, and re-bases when filtered. It counts documents, not workers (usually one document per worker per communication).
Comm round document audit details	Count of distinct documents, split by communication round	Number of documents produced in each round, so round sizes can be compared. Read against Total number of communication rounds for the count of rounds behind the bars.
