Bonus allocation overview
The Bonus allocation overview report page provides a comprehensive view of how bonus funds are distributed throughout the organization. It displays key metrics such as total bonus amount allocated, average bonus percentage, and the minimum and maximum bonus percentages allocated. The report allows users to analyze bonus allocations by performance rating and organizational level, and to compare actual bonus amounts against on-target bonuses. It provides a detailed table of individual workers, offering the ability to examine bonus allocation at the employee level and to analyze the data across different departments and teams.
