Alignment-self and manager gives you an overview of reviews completed within the platform.

Initial manager/worker alignment	% initial manager/worker alignment	The alignment of worker and manager during the initial stage of the review.
Final manager/worker alignment	% final manager/worker alignment	The alignment of worker and manager during the final stage of the review.
Self-review rating distribution	% self-review rating distribution	The distribution of self-review rating.
Manager rating distribution	% manager rating distribution	The distribution of manager rating.
Final rating distribution	% final review rating distribution	The distribution of rating at the last stage of the review.
Review evaluation table		A table containing information about review evaluation in your company.
