System usage overview

System Usage Overview report page gives an overview on how users in your company utilize the application.

The view of the report page containing all the visuals is presented in the following picture:

Visuals:

Name	Metric	Description
Total active users	# of active users	The number of users using the platform.
Users having logged in	% users having logged in	The percentage of users that have logged into the application at least once.
Data privacy acceptance	% data privacy acceptance	The percentage of user that have accepted the data privacy acceptance.
Device usage	device usage	The percentage of usage of the application on different devices.
Active users by role	% active users by role	The percentage of application active users divided by role.
First-time logins over time (cumulative)	number of first time logins	A timeline that indicates the amount of first-time logins for each time period (month, quarter, year, etc.).
Functionality usage	# users used feedback % users used feedback # users having goals % users having goals # users having check-ins % users having check-ins	A column chart that provides a breakdown of usage of different functionalities in the system.
Org level table	# of active users % users having logged in avg logins per user # workers logged in % workers logged in % managers logged in # accepted data privacy % accepted data privacy % Android logins % Desktop logins % iPhone logins % Outlook logins % MS Teams logins	A table that provides a breakdown of system activity at different organizational levels
