Managing populations
Populations are set of workers grouped by common attribute or attributes. They are created for the purpose of performing a specific function such as for example implementing a process, sending a notification or applying a rule.
All your populations are displayed in the list .You may edit, duplicate or deactivate all the populations in the list (both with Ready and Draft status) by clicking on the button located at the far right side of the row and selecting a corresponding option.
If model is in a Draft or Published state you may also see the preview of the grid by clicking on the button located at the far right side of the row and selecting Preview grid.
To see Population details, click on the name of the population located in the list. A new window will appear on the right side of the screen. From here you may also deactivate or edit the population by clicking on the buttons on the bottom of the window.
The data modeler management interface is available under Workbench > Data Management > Data Modeler.
There are two statuses for data models: Draft and In use; comp rounds in Draft status can be edited.
Editing data models
The system enables you to make changes to the data models that are in Draft status.
To edit a data model, proceed as follows:
Locate in the list of data models, the data model that you want to edit.
Click the icon located in the far right of the row corresponding to the data model in the list. A contextual menu is displayed.
Click Edit in the menu. The library is opened at step 1 of the form Model details.
Change the basic parameters of the model, such as its title and description.
Click Next in the progress window. You are directed to step 2 of the form Data entities & sources.
Using the search tab find the entities you would like to add and tick the box next to chosen entity. You may also click Select all button located above the list on the right to select all the available entities.
Click Next in the progress window to move to step 3 of the form: Summary.
Check the parameters you chose for this model.
Click Publish in the progress window. Your changes to the model are now applied.
