Check-in overview
Check-in Overview allows you to see an overview of KPIs and trends for all check-ins created within the platform.
The view of the report page containing all the visuals is presented in the following picture:

Users with check-ins by role |
% users with check-ins by role | The comparison of the percentage of workers and managers having at least one check-ins relative to the total number of workers and managers respectively. |
Avg. check-ins (workers having check-ins) |
avg. number of check-ins (worker) | The average number of check-ins amongst workers based on all the workers that have at least one check-in. |
Avg. check-ins (managers having check-ins) |
avg. number of check-ins (manager) | The average number of check-ins amongst managers based on all the managers that have at least one check-in. |
Recurring check-ins (manager) |
% check-ins recurring | The percentage of recurring check-ins relative to all check-ins in the system. |
Future check-ins (worker) |
% check-ins in the future | The percentage of users that have at least one check-in planned for the future. |
Assigned check-ins |
% assigned check-ins | The percentage of check-ins assigned through a check-in mass-assignment in the system relative to all existing check-ins |
Check-in status |
# check-ins by status | The number of check-ins across each status. |
Check-ins with comments |
% check-ins having comments | The percentage of all the check-ins that have at least one comment relative to all existing check-ins |
Check-ins with discussion points |
% check-ins with discussion points | The percentage of all the check-ins that have at least one discussion point.relative to all existing check-ins |
Check-ins with comments by role |
The percentage of all the check-ins that have at least one comment according to the role that the check-in was created for. | |
