Configuring document settings
To enable document settings, check the Enable documents box in Document Settings. Once enabled, document distribution to workers becomes available, and the Communication Rounds feature appears on the navigation panel on the left side.
You can also check the Enable document generation box to allow document generation. Enabling this option adds the Document Templates and Document generation features to the navigation panel.
Additionally, Document Settings include the Enable pay information requests box for managing pay information requests, such as those under Article 7 of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Checking this box reveals a section that lists the following request creation options:
API Import to allow the creation of pay information request via API.
HRBP to allow Human Resources Business Partners to create pay information requests.
Worker to allow workers to request pay information.
To apply your changes, click Save in the top-right corner of the page. To discard them, select Cancel.
