Configuring document settings
To enable document settings, check the Enable documents box in Document Settings. Once enabled, document distribution to workers becomes available, and the Communication Rounds feature appears on the navigation panel on the left side.
You can also check the Enable document generation box to allow document generation. Enabling this option adds the Document Templates and Document generation features to the navigation panel.
Additionally, Document Settings include the Enable pay information requests box for managing pay information requests, such as those under Article 7 of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Checking this box reveals several sections.
The first section lists the following request creation options:
API Import to allow the creation of pay information request via API.
HRBP to allow Human Resources Business Partners to create pay information requests.
Worker to allow workers to request pay information.
Below, you will find the Alerts section with two boxes: Enable warning period and Enable overdue period. The warning period highlights information requests approaching the resolution deadline, while the overdue period points to requests that have exceeded it. Enabling either box displays a mandatory Number of days since request field, where you must specify how many days after request creation the alert is triggered.
The final section, Pay information letter, contains one box, Enable anonymization. This feature defines the minimum number of workers required in a population group – All, Male, or Female – for average compensation values to appear in a generated pay information letter. It applies to situations where individual compensation could be identified in small worker groups. To prevent such disclosure and configure anonymization, enter the required value in the Population threshold field. If any of the population groups falls below this threshold, compensation averages will be replaced with a placeholder. You can customize the placeholder text in the Anonymization placeholder text field (maximum 50 characters).
To apply your changes, click Save in the top-right corner of the page. To discard them, select Cancel.
